Privacy Policy	I give my consent to Personal Information Collection and Use in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act. ( Yes No ) StudioWEAC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’) values the users’ personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through this Private Policy(the “Policy”), the Company regards personal information of the users as important and inform them of the purpose and method of Company's using the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal information. This Policy will be effective on the 9th day of December, 2024 and, in case of modification thereof, the Company will make public notice of it through posting it on the bulletin board of Company's website or individual notice through sending mails, fax or e-mails). ■ Personal information items to be collected Personal information items are collected by the company for membership registration, consultation, service application, etc. • Items provided by the users: name, mobile phone number, email, interests • Method of collection: Website ■ Purpose of use of collected information The Company uses the collected information of the users for the following purposes: ο Fulfillment of contract for service provision and provision of fee settlement content according to service provision ο Membership management Identity verification, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by delinquent members and of unauthorized use, age verification, complaints handling, delivery of notices ο Marketing and advertising Delivery of advertising information such as events ■ Retention and use period of collected information The following information shall be preserved for the specified period. ο Preserved items: name, mobile phone number, email, interests ο Basis for preservation: company policy ο Retention period: until membership withdrawal ■ Personal information destruction procedures and methods In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Destruction procedures and methods are as follows. ο Destruction procedure The information that the users enter for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB(a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved. After that it is stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed according to information protection reasons accoridng to company policies and other related laws(see retention and use period). Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained, unless required by law. ο Destruction method Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted by using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable. ■ Provision of personal information In principle, the company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases. - When the users consent in advance - When there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the provisions of the law or the procedures and methods set forth in the law for the purpose of investigation. ■ Entrustment of collected personal information The company does not entrust the users’ information to an external company without their consent. If such a need arises in the future, the company shall notify the users of the entrusted person and the details of the entrusted work and, if necessary, obtain prior consent. ■ Rights and invoing methods of users and legal representatives Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may also request cancellation of membership. Users can directly view, edit, and withdraw their personal information after going through an identity verification process by clicking ‘Change Personal Information(or Edit member information’) to view and edit their personal information, and by clicking ‘Cancel Membership(or Withdraw consent’) to cancel their membership. Alternatively, if you contact the personal information manager in writing, by phone or email, we will take action without delay. If users request correction of an error in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. Additionally, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the result of the correction without delay so that the correction can be made. The company processes personal information that has been canceled or deleted at user's request as specified in the “Retention and Use Period” and processes it so that it cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose. ■ Civil complaint service regarding personal information In order to protect users' personal information and handle complaints related to personal information, the company designates relevant departments and a personal information manager as follows.
